A fantastic start to Day 1 for our Emerald AC athletes at the North Munster Schools!

In the Minor Girls events:

✨ Emma Creagh delivered a strong performance, securing 3rd place in the Triple Jump, and showing great determination in the 1500m where she ran a new PB.

✨ Lelia McInerney had an outstanding double, running a PB of 2:27 in the 800m to place 5th, before coming back just 15 minutes later to finish a superb 4th in the 1500m — a brilliant effort.

✨ Amelia Cremin showed great speed and composure in the 100m, progressing through to the semi-finals.
