Emerald AC are based out of UL Track in Limerick. .

Sunday 11am - 12 Noon
General Training for all the club takes place every Sunday Morning at 11am on UL Track.
Sprint and Middle Distance Training
General Training for all the club takes place every Sunday Morning at 10am and on Wednesday nights at 7pm at UL Track.
Elite Training
Elite Training occurs at UL track most nights from 7pm and on Saturday at 11am and Sunday at 10am. Please contact the senior coaches for more information.
