Emerald AC are based out of UL Track in Limerick. .

JUVENILE TRAINING SCHEDULE

General U6- U15 Training for all the club takes place every Sunday Morning at 11am - 12 noon UL Track.

JUNIOR & SENIOR TRAINING SCHEDULE

Sprint and Distance Training

General U16+Training for all the club takes place every Sunday Morning at 10am and on Wednesday nights at 7pm at UL Track.

ELITE ATHLETE TRAINING

Elite Training occurs at UL track most nights from 7pm and on Saturday at 11am and Sunday at 10am. Please contact the senior coaches for more information.
