Well done to all athlete's who competed today. Everyone finished their races and ran really well.

In the Girls U10 -1000M we have a strong quartet of Isabelle Duggan, Evann O'Connor, Ylva Foley and Lily Bourke all running really well.

In the Boys U10 - 1000M we had Malcom Kiely and Teddy Dillion flying around the course.

The Boys U12 -2000M included Rossa Bond and Andrew Foster running hard all the way.

The Girls U14 - 3000M included Ava Foley, Lelia McInerney, Erin O'Shaughnessy all running strongly and tearing up the course and special mention to Rebecca O'Sullivan who ran out of age and had a great finish.

The Boys U14 - 3000M included Donagh Bond and Seam foley showing great promise for the future.

In the Boys U16 - 4000M, we had Cathal Duggan and Daniel O'Sullivan flying the club colors and fighting to the end over the longer distance of 4000m.

In the Senior women many congratulations to Sophie Moroney who a fantastic second place after a great run.

As this is the first year in a while that the club has started the distance training group only in August this Year, the coaches were delighted to see so many of our athletes competing.
